This week, IFB (Independent Fashion Bloggers) was inspired by Spring Break and asked us to dream up the perfect vacation and to describe what we would wear once we get there.
A vacation would be welcomed right now. March in Canada is the most dreadful month of the year - the remaining snow is muddy and dirty, the trees are still bare and we are in desperate need of vitamin D. Not to mention that I am stuck in a style rut - no more inspiration comes from my winter clothes. For all those reasons, I chose the most vibrant, colorful and inspiring city I could think of: Barcelona.
Because it is a dream vacation and budget is not an issue, I would pack my suitcase full of colorful designer dresses with the boldest graphic prints (see below). I am a huge fan of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudì and there is something about modernism and graphic prints that goes so well together.
