I have been doing a different kind of online shopping lately. I have been looking for the perfect resort for my summer vacations in July. All these exotic places made me think about fashion, trips around the world and colors.
Pantone – the world-renowned authority on color – has asked the designers of New York Fashion Week what were the most colorful cities/locations in the world, the colors associated with them and why they were inspired by them for Spring 2011. Here are their answers:
I hope you enjoyed it!

Heavenly...I would go to any of these places. So great to see brilliant designers from all over the world and see what inspires them :)

Hey Marie!
ReplyDeleteI would have loved to recommend u Isla Margarita or Los Roques in my beautiful Venezuela... it is truly a caribbean paradise. Sadly, it is not quite tourist-friendly these times because of the political/economical/social crisis. It might get a little difficult exchanging currency, because they don't accept dollars right now.
Still, thousand of tourists go there for summer break and have a b-l-a-s-t! Beautiful beaches, incredibly yummy food, crazy parties, beautiful sunsets and cool shopping centers, all these with an amazingly low price.. sounds appealing? hehehe...
Big kiss!
Caro
Instanbul is the locale that has captured my imagination. Remains to be seen whether I will ever travel there.
